Book Launch: Contemporary Constitutional Challenges to the Separation of Powers

This Book Panel draws on the recent book “New Challenges to the Separation of Powers“ (edited by A. Baraggia, C. Fasone and L.P. Vanoni, 2020, Edward Elgar Publisher). An outstanding group of scholars will offer reflections on the themes of the book, which focuses, in a comparative perspective, on the multiple challenges and the transformations of the separation of powers. Invited commentators will examine the concept of separation of powers as it operates in theory and in practice across jurisdictions. Conveners: Antonia Baraggia (University of Milan), Cristina Fasone (LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome), Luca Pietro Vanoni (University of Milan).

Chair(s): Nicola Lupo
