Public Law in the Eye of the storm-Reflections from Africa 2

In this second panel, focus would be on the roles and positioning of the judiciary. Realizing the courts are important in resolving the conflict that would emerge in the new normal which among several other has gone digital, the panel would be examining the preparedness of Nigerian Courts to deal with issues such as corruption, rights of persons with disability, ethics etc. Additionally the panel would examine the roles of supranational judicial bodies also in meeting their mandates.
